Dynamis Project (Project Completed)Nominators: European Commission (lead) and Norway
This was the first phase of the multifaceted European Hypogen program, which will result in the construction and operation of an advanced commercial-scale power plant with hydrogen production and CO2 management. The aim is for operation and validation of the power plant during the 2012-2015 timeframe. The Dynamis project assessed the various options for large-scale hydrogen production while focusing on the technological, economic, and societal issues.
